Concept: Doubt of intercept and distance

Solution:

When we say x intercept is -2 we are using the value of -2 and not the absolute value.

That way -2 is not double of 1.

Slope by the second set of coordinates provided = y2-y1/x2-x1 = -1-0/0-(-2)

=-1/2 (Sufficient)
